I first heard the news on NPR this morning and it’s all over the wires already.
The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled against developers of the Village at Wolf Creek on Thursday and upheld a lower court that threw out their subdivision permit.

But the appeals court sided with the developers on several other issues.
